Greetings. We are pleased to welcome you to the official website of the South Middlesex County Alumnae Chapter (SMCAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

Chartered almost 44 years ago by fifteen trailblazing visionaries, the South Middlesex County Alumnae Chapter has established itself as the Little Chapter with a Big Heart in the Eastern Region and in the City of Framingham, Massachusetts. Since our inception our service area has grown to include the cities and the towns of Ashland, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Marlborough, Natick, Sherborn, Sudbury, Wayland and the City of Worcester.
